HR Administrator | Spire | Manchester | Bank Spire Manchester Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our HR team on a bank contract. Your will be delivering high quality admin support to our colleagues across the hospital. Youwill help us to ensure that all our clinical colleagues are paid accurately. You will also look after colleague queries around pay conducting investigations where required and responding in a timely and professional manner. Your tasks and responsibilitiesMaintain HR databases updated in timely manner Be fully trained in the use of the HR system Liaise with central HR Shared Services and payroll departments to investigate colleague queries about their pay. Respond to all queries in an efficient and timely mannerYour skills and Experience High level of accuracy and attention to detail Effective communication skills at all levels Experience of working in a fast-paced environment Organised, good at multi-tasking and prioritising your work Strong Excel skills Previousexperience of using Oracle HR system would be an advantage but full training will be provided.
