Job Description

Financial Mis Selling Litigation Fee Earner, Plevin Claims, Litigation, Fast Track, Multi Track, Financial Mis Selling, Permanent, ManchesterFinancial Mis Selling Litigation Fee Earner is required by a highly-regarded & dynamic, Multi-Service Law Firm based in the heart of Manchester City Centre.The ideal Fee Earner will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience dealing with their own caseload within Plevin litigated cases and hold extensive knowledge and understanding of the Financial Mis Selling sector. You must possess direct experience working within Financial mis selling. Litigation experience is necessary and the successful Financial Mis Selling Litigation Fee Earner will need to be able to put their clients as their focus and work with integrity. This is an amazing opportunity for somebody who is looking for an excellent opportunity within a multi service sector law firm.Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience within Financial Mis Selling.
  • Highly desirable to have Plevin based experience.
  • Experience in running a Plevin based caseload from inception to completion.
  • Dealing with a variety of high value cases within fast track and multi track.
  • Proven billing track record.
  • Drafting statements of case in Plevin claim matters.
  • Astute ability in drafting instructions to Counsel and attending conferences.
  • Supervisory / experience of managing a department desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues.
  • Proclaim or CRM based software experience.
