The Treasury London Inter-Bank Offered Rate (LIBOR) Transition team is part of Citi Corporate Treasury. The team is responsible for forming strategies and executing activities related to transitioning away from LIBOR before its discontinuation by the end of 2021. This team centralizes LIBOR transition efforts within Treasury, interacts with workstreams including but not limited to: interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB), funds transfer pricing (FTP), and Citi Treasury Investment (CTI) funding activities. This team also partners with Citi Central LIBOR Transition Program team, various business stakeholders across Citi, control and support functions, and IT.Key Responsibilities• Execute Treasury LIBOR transition efforts, acting as point of contact for EMEA and APAC, and report progress to the Head of Treasury LIBOR Transition• Conduct data-driven scenario analysis on economic impact on Citi given alternative approaches, in order to evaluate options and facilitate strategic decision making• Analyze and assess various data points on product exposures, contract inventory, and model inventory• Engage treasury functions and the business stakeholders, develop and execute Treasury LIBOR Transition project plan• Coordinate with various LIBOR Transition working groups, and coordinate transition effort globally• Stay current with industry developments regarding the implementation of Risk Free Rates and update senior management on a regular basis• Manage front-to-back testing across Treasury functions• Document key approaches and decision making processes• Proactively escalate issues to the Head of Treasury LIBOR Transition if deadlines and priorities are not being met• Prepare and support recurring and ad hoc analyses and presentation materials related to LIBOR Transition for senior management forumsQualifications• Minimum of 10 year experience in finance, especially managing cross functional projects at the middle / senior management level• Strong analytical skills• Understanding of balance sheet, financial products, rates• Strong written and verbal presentation / communication skills• Microsoft tools, in particular Power Point, Excel• Program management skills• Ability to function well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment that demands creativity, energy and excellence• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervisionEducation:• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related fields; MBA preferredJob Family Group: FinanceJob Family:Balance Sheet ManagementTime Type:Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi") invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
