Job Description

Summary of the Roles main purposeTo manage the supplier master data for the group, ensuring the business and its suppliers receive an efficient service. To ensure controls are adhered to and risks are mitigated. Reconcile the Group Cashbooks and Payroll balance sheets.Principle accountabilitiesManagement of the Payroll and Cashbooks balance sheet reconciliation process, for all entities. Ensuring all balance sheets are reconciled periodically and bibles are accurately and thoroughly updated and reviewed on bi-annual basis.Ensure all controls are adhered to when creating new suppliers in Oracle, in line with the Control policy.Ensuring the periodic KPIs are met, providing commentary for any achievements / adverse variances in performance.Lead the supplier in administration process within Finance Operations, liaising with the legal team to ensure all relevant teams are aware. Management of 11 FTE, including recruitment, coaching and performance. Ensuring 121s are held regularly and colleagues have a development plan in placeTreasurer for the SSA - responsible for producing the finance slides at the quarterly meetings, periodic review of the SSA balance sheets and ensuring all statements are distributed on a timely basis.Develop strong business relationships with key suppliers and key colleagues in the business (Treasury, Payroll, Trading, Group Finance and Procurement).Work with Internal/External audit and Government Agencies to ensure that the correct processes are being followed and controls adhered to.
