The opportunity You will be joining a team that specialises intransforming large financial services clients operational risk management andcontrol environment focussed on financial reporting and regulatory reporting.Everything youll do will come back to providing exceptional advisory servicesfor our clients. As you build yourknowledge and experience, youll become a credible advisor, influencing clientsand engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industriesThe areas we work in include risk appetitearticulation, risk and controls assessment, design and implementation ofcontrol framework to meet compliance requirements including recent regulatorydevelopments in the UK, advanced risk and controls analytics, automation ofcontrols and use of technology to drive better operational risk management.Your key responsibilities: Implementation of COSO framework to meet SOX ICFRcomplianceExternal audit experience and knowledge of auditstandards to ensure controls implemented meet assurance requirementsPerforming top down risk assessment, designingcontrols, implementation of controls, and monitoring operational effectivenessof controls to meet SOX compliancePerforming controls gap assessment, developingremediation plans and experienced in supporting clients deliver remediationactivitiesKnowledge or experience in building advancedanalytics dashboards to facilitate controls monitoring and MI Skills and attributes for success: Have a strong understanding of financial reportingand regulatory reporting processes of financial services clients.Have a good understanding of recent regulatorydevelopments on monitoring and reporting of controls, and the likely impact onfinancial services clients.Ideally, youll also have: Have a strong understanding of financial reportingand regulatory reporting processes of financial services clientsHave a good understanding of recent regulatorydevelopments on monitoring and reporting of controls, and the likely impact onfinancial services clientsQualified in ACCA or ACA qualified or equivalentprofessional qualificationExperience in Financial Services, ideallybankingWhat we look for We are looking for candidates who have strongtechnical experience and are passionate to help clients better their controlenvironment.What we offer We offer a competitive remuneration package whereyoull be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
