On offer is a mixed caseload of complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The successful candidatewill be representing at tribunals and will be overseeing the running of cases by nominated panel Solicitors. You will also be providing an advice and representation service in regards to employment and industrial law matters to union members, representativesand officials.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who possess a minimum of one years PQE in Employment Law. Your expertise will span both contentious and non-contentious matters and you will thrive in an advisory role. This role requiresexcellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail which will enable you to construct clear and effective arguments. You will be tested on your ability to also deal with miscellaneous matters that may arise.
