The Department Our Casualty team provides a full, expert service in defending public and employers liability claims, particularly workplace, public sector and claims against the emergency services. Weightmans team is second-to-none in providing defendant litigation servicesin these specialist areas. We operate on a national basis with dedicated workplace, public and police teams. The role Working in the Casualty Fraud team in Manchester with own caseload of predominately fasttrack claims . We receive direct instructions from clients as well as having a fraud identification system in place which means we can deal with quite a wide range ofcases involving commercial and insurance clients nationally.You will be responsible for the running of the day to day of your cases including liaising with clients, opponents, court, witnesses and undertaking your own liability investigations. We have a specialist team to undertake intelligence searches and anyrequired counter fraud enquiries beyond any clients own handling preference.Types of law:
