Job Description

Customer Service Team Leader Vacancy - MiddletonJW Lees have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join the established Customer Service team based from our Greengate Brewery in Manchester. This unique position will play a vital role in supporting the CustomerService Manager and providing support to the team. Driving performance, the Customer Service Team Leader will ensure that team members are always exceeding their KPIs as well as delivering the best possible service to both internal and external customers. This is a hands on role, requiring front line customer support alongside general team supervisory responsibilities.If youre looking for a challenging yet rewarding position where we can confidently say that no two days will be the same, then this role will be of interest to you. Due to the nature of this role, we would be looking for candidates who specifically match our essential requirements stated below:

  • A minimum of two years experience working within a Customer Serviceenvironment.
  • IT literate, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office packages and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Organised and can prioritise, delegate and manage duties effectively.
  • Warm, friendly and approachable and able to represent the business in a professional manner.
  • Flexible, resilient and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude.
Requirements:
  • Provision of excellent inbound and outbound customer service to internal and external customers via telephone and email
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to develop and implement customer service policies, KPIs and procedures.
  • Toassist in the management and leadership of theteam to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
  • Plan, prioritise and delegate work tasks to ensure functionality of the department as required.
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
  • Produce and analyse departmental reports.
  • Assist with customer service projects and initiatives.
  • Support with staff training and coaching needs.
