Job Description

CREDIT CONTROL ( X4 ROLES AVAILABLE)5% BONUS AND SALARY REVIEW YEARLYHYBRID WORKING + PROGRESSIONMANCHESTER CITY CENTRE£24,000 - £25,000 DOEThe Talent Crowd are delighted to be assisting our award winning national property clientwho are currently looking for not one but 4 skilled Credit Controllers to join their team of 27 due to huge growththe past year. The individual who carries out the roleof Credit Controller will be strong and self-motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills. They will have the ability to work under pressure and a desire to continuously improve systems and processes. Previous Credit Control experience (preferably Property) is required and the Individual should have the ability to work well as part of a team as well as unsupervised. The Credit Controller will be experienced in high level volumes of Transactions and CallKPIs and will have a good knowledge of spreadsheets; being a competent user of Microsoft Excel.DUTIES:

  • Reducing Client current outstanding debtors balance
  • Issue copy invoices and tax receipts
  • Cash Allocations
  • account reconciliationsand tenantledger reconciliation
  • Chasing payment using the telephone, email and mail (high volume)
  • Dealing with and resolving Tenant queries
  • Issuing statements and reminder letters
  • Assisting in the reconciliation of problem accounts
  • Management of query resolution, chasing colleagues where required
  • Monitor and report on aged debtors reports weekly or as required
(The role involves working within a Client focused team. The individual will have the responsibility to manage their own portfolio with a high volume of calls daily required and dealing with UAC queries to improve Collection KPI’s. Liaising with a largenumber of both internal Clients and external tenants is a daily requirement so a high level of professionalism must be maintained at all times)THE PERSON:
  • Has worked within credit control or a transactionsfinance team previously
  • Can work to own initiativeand manage own work load
  • Friendly, professionaland confident
  • good finance systemknowledge
  • AAT or similar
  • Understanding of Excel
