The firm’s cost team undertake a variety of work to include bills of costs, points of disputes, budgets, advices and negotiations for personal injury,clinical negligence, court of protection and commercial matters. The appointed Costs Draftsperson will be responsible for their own caseload and, dependant on experience, manage the costs team. THE CANDIDATE:Applications are sought from experienced Costs Lawyers or a non-qualified draftsperson with a minimum of 4 years’ experience. Applicants hoping to be considered for this role must have excellent attention to detail along with the confidence to work under owninitiative and manage time and priorities effectively.
