A well-established law firm which is recognised as being a leading firm in Conveyancing, is looking to hire a Conveyancing assistant to focus on New-Build.About the firm:The firm maintains offices in Central London, Manchester, and Liverpool. It is one of the top conveyancing companies in the nation by volume, with around 200 workers.The Team:You will be responsible for supporting the team by handling and managing your own caseload which will be on average 50-60.The Role:Youll communicate with clients and other parties efficiently via phone, in writing, and occasionally in person to offer guidance and support.You will be responsible for chasing various documentation, ID, mortgage offers and searches.In charge of getting the necessary paperwork ready for the conveyancing process. Additionally, provide completion packets with bills and completion statements for the accounts department.About you:At least 1 years’ experience as a Conveyancer running your own high-volume caseloadExperience working on New Build cases or shared ownership schemes would be beneficial.Experience of using a case management system (ideally Proclaim)Confident in building and maintaining business relationships through excellent communication and service deliveryThis is an opportunity to genuinely progress your career with one of the best firms operating within Conveyancing.
