Clinical Coder, CroydonPermanentFull-time hours, flexible working options.Band 3/4NHS pension5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rata)Our lovely GP practice in Croydon is looking for a new Clinical Coder to join their bustling surgery on a permanent,full-time basis.The team would love the successful applicant to have experience but this can be in primary care and secondary care - as long as you can code!They want someone who is efficient, motivated and hard-working and who can action instructions withoutguidance - you must be autonomous in your role and able to work closely with the other admin staff to a mutual goal. Working in a self sufficient way is essential and an interest in building a strong team would be preferred as youll be the initial memberof a small coding/summarising team, as part of the centres long term goal.Youll be expected to work in a diverse and friendly team who all bring their own something to the Reception team - youll be encouraged to be yourself and to help their practice navigatethrough the ever changing face of primary care.
