Job Description

We specialise in delivering employment, health, justice and youth services, creating new and improved ways to support everyone daily and drive social change.Our Youth Services programme is working in line with a government led initiative to offer a unique opportunity for young people not in employment, education or training across the Greater Manchester region to support them in the next stages of adulthood.As our Claims Administrator, you will provide administration and business support to the Greater Manchester NEETs contract to verify compliance and will ensure that claimable outcomes have been processed in line with requirements.Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate data input
  • Maintaining accurate systems and records
  • Checking claim documentation and report non compliances
  • Maintaining documented evidence of delivery to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Understanding ESF funding guidelines for the Greater Manchester NEETs contract
  • Following procedures to send online data correctly
  • Maintaining a well-organised, electronic and manual filing system, both current and archive
  • Ensuring all sensitive information is held securely and remains confidential
  • Working closely with the wider internal team and external stakeholders where appropriate
