Trainee Car Sales Executives ~ rare opportunityDeveloping brand ~ Career progressionO.T.E £35,000 Uncapped + BenefitsMy client has decided now is the right time to create Trainee Car Sales Executive roles for their busy dealership selling new and used vehicles.Key Skills:This role has been created to ensure the success of future sales as demand continues to grow.Successful applicants must have a solid and proven track record in sales and are looking to work in an environment with further earnings potential. As a car sales executive you must demonstrate a hunger for success, you will display excellent customer service skills, be motivated to achieve your targets whilst ensuring quality of service is not comprised, with drive, energy and commitment to seekevery possible sales opportunity. You must be able actively listen to learn the process and procedures required to carry out this role in a customer-centric way.You will be required to sell new and used vehicles, in addition to finance and finance related products so experience in the selling of these is an advantage. In return, my client is offering a competitive basic salary, generous commission structure andadditional benefits with excellent career progression. Full training well be given - learn as you earn.The basics are:

  • Meet the customer face-to-face or digitally
  • Find out using open-ended question what the customer wants
  • Review this with your manager
  • Present the product and demonstrate using test-drive
  • Secure the sale or discuss again with your manager and represent
  • Deliver the car
  • Follow-up
