Sales Coordinator - Permanent - Great Yarmouth - £25-30k DOEWe have all heard about superfoods, the highly nutritional natural foods that supply huge health benefits, but our client, SuperFoodies, have delved even deeper into the world of superfoods. With a new venture opening in Germany and E-commerce sites launching in many EU countries this company is on an exciting journey, wouldnt you love to be a part of thisThis growth is enabling them to expand their wonderful team further and we have the pleasure of recruiting for a new Sales Support function to join their team. This role forms a fundamental link between SuperFoodies wholesale customers and their production team, so will suit someone who is very confident, with excellent communication skills and importantly enjoys working with lots of people. This is a diverse role where no two days will be the same, if you love variety in your day and you are a star at multi-tasking this is for you. Day to day you will be responsible for: ·Receiving incoming orders from wholesale customers and placing them internally with the production team·Ensuring sales invoices are processed, checked, and sent out to customers·Dispatching of orders in the stock/accounting system using QuickBooks·Booking collections with transport companies and liaising with couriers regarding deliveries·Liaising with customer enquiries and ordersIf you have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and exposure to a similar role within a manufacturing or logistics environment this is an excellent opportunity to not only enhance your own professional development, but to become an integral part of a growing business.
