Job Description

Production Manager (CNC)£40,000 - £45,000 + Training + BenefitsGreat Yarmouth, NorfolkAre you a Production Manager or Supervisor who is looking for to play a key part in the success of an internationally renowned company, where you will be recognised as an industry expert in your field and have the autonomy that a senior role providesOn offer is a great opportunity to join a company that specialises in precision engineering solutions to a variety of industries such as Defence, Aerospace, and Subsea. Off the back of another successful year, they are looking to expand their team of engineerswith the addition of a Production Manager.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of up to 15 engineers as well as planning out workloads and implement cost reduction strategies. You will also ensure that KPIs are adhered to and deadlines are met. This is a challenging yet highlyrewarding role which offer full autonomy to manage a team of skilled Engineers.This role would suit a Production Manager with a basic Mechanical understanding, who is looking for the autonomy of a senior role, professional development and responsibility to head up production, within a fast paced and challenging environment.The Role:

  • Overseeing a team of 15 engineers
  • Liaise with customers on projects
  • Implement training schemes for engineers
  • Delivering projects in time and on budget
  • Implement cost reduction strategies
