* Estimator* Planning and Projects* Cost EstimatesHales Group are seeking a full-time Print Estimator who will be responsible for estimating costs and providing quotes for printing and bookbinding projects with our client based in Beccles.The Estimator will analyse project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the scope of work and estimate costs.The Estimator will work closely with new and existing customers to develop and maintain relationships.Key responsibilities for the successful Print Estimator:* To link between Sales enquiries and Customer Service to provide viable project plans, specifications, and to determine the scope of work and estimate costs* Accurately produce client estimates in an efficient and timely manner, meeting customer and company specified requirements and quality standards* Work to agreed estimating targets within given timescales* Collaboratively work with the sales team and Factory Manager in the production of estimates to win new business* Utilize cost estimating software and tools to streamline the estimating process* Prepare and present cost estimates to clients or management for reviewSuitable Print Estimator candidates will have: * Proven experience as an Estimator or similar role in the printing industry* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office suite and internal MIS* Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders* Ideally have knowledge of printing and binding techniques and equipment* Analytical and problem-solving skills* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesHOURS: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week LOCATION: BecclesTERM: PermanentPAY: Negotiable DOEBENEFITS: 26 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)Why work through Hales GroupHales Group Ltd collects and keeps information from applicants, so that we can monitor our recruitment process, ensure compliance with the Equal Opportunities policy, and when appropriate send you details of future job opportunities.
