Job Description

NXTGEN are working with a Multi-firm practice who are looking for either an experienced Payroller or someone who is looking to progress their career in practice payroll to be based in their Great Yarmouth office. The successful Payroll Administrator willjoin a successful and high performing team who will work within a small but busy team processing clients payroll supporting with all queries and client duties. As Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing end to end payroll duties for abroad ranging client portfolio and will be fundamental in improving efficiencies within the payroll team and Great Yarmouth office.Key responsibilities of the role will include:- Continue to build new and existing client relationships- Processing weekly, bi-weekly, 4 weekly and monthly payrolls for clients- Support production of reports for HMRC including RTI submissions- Responsibility for P11d/P45/P60 production- Manage any client queries in a timely and efficient mannerThe successful candidate will ideally have prior experience gained in an Accountancy practice/Bureau environment but isnt essential if you have the relevant payroll experience in industry. Candidates will need to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of processingend to end payroll and give up to date examples as well as current payroll legislation. Good IT skills are also desirable and candidates will need to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external parties, upholding the values of the firm.
