Job Description

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and professional HR Officer/Partner to join an evolving organisation based in Great Yarmouth. There’s real opportunity and encouragement in this role to develop your HR career, so is ideal for someonelooking for that next step.It’s a newly created role, reflecting the growth and ambition of the organisation, and we are working with them to appoint an HR professional who will strengthen their team.Reporting to the Principal and a Regional HR Partner, you will support a varied workforce with responsibilities including:

  • Involvement in HR transactional work including contracts, onboarding, and administration
  • Absence management - monitoring, analysis, advising and supporting
  • Advice and guidance - supporting staff and managers where required
  • Employee relations - supporting disciplinary and grievance casework
  • Supporting with recruitment and selection processes
  • Supporting staff with wellbeing
  • Administering and processing payroll each month, working closely with Finance
  • Responsible for the single central record, ensuring it is accurate and up to date
Ideally you will be CIPD Level 3 or 5 accredited and have previous HR experience gained in an Human Resources team. As an individual you will have a passion for HR, possess high level organisational skills and be a good team player. You’ll have a good levelof initiative, have strong interpersonal skills and be someone who can build and maintain strong relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to further develop their HR career in a supportive environment which in return offersa competitive salary and benefits package.Please note that this role is based onsite and is offered on a part-time basis.
