Job Description

Global business situated in Great Yarmouth is looking to appoint an Operational Administrator. This role will be integral to the operation and will be responsible for providing accurate and timely data using systems and administration requirements.Your duties will consist of the following:

  • Utilising the companys systems including data input, creating sales order lines, checking deliveries and raising POs whilst ensuring accuracy of information across the systems.
  • Supporting the Environmental team by liaising with septic tank customers, taking payments, cheque input and banking.
  • Collate KPI information from various sources, inputting the data into weekly & monthly reports to distribute to the business & clients.
  • Completing daily administrative tasks such as ordering consumables, stationary and booking loads into our sites and supplier sites.
  • Assisting the Management Team with Administrative duties when required including responding to enquiries through the main office telephone number.
  • Completing other administrative duties including data entry, recording stock levels and communicating these to the business and clients.
Skills needed:
  • A proven track record within an administrative role and systems experience.
  • Customer focused and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships, both internal and external.
  • Accustomed to working effectively in a fast-paced environment, flexible and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities, where high standards are not compromised under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and in writing.
  • Ability to work stand-alone, demonstrating initiative and ownership, while a positive contributor to the wider team.
