Job Description

Our client is seeking a full-time Marketing Administrator to join them. This role is based in Great Yarmouth and is 100% office based with free parking.The role is expected to last for 2 months however could be longer. They are flexible with the hours and would consider full and par time applications however you must work on a Friday.• Answer the phone• Monitor the marketing mailbox and respond accordingly• Update missing job titles and contact details on the database• Read and test induction cribsheets• Read and test marketing cribsheets – input any corrections• File crib sheets correctly (Including the Marketing Appendix with print materials/artwork)• Review and condense Trade Shows and Events folder highlighting ones that would be useful to attend along with ones that would be useful to have an exhibit at• Review Mail Chimp folder and current templates. Speak with Yard Manager regarding templates and update to make more eye catching• Go through the supporting documents sent with quotes, removing signatures, identifying incorrectly branded sheets and out of date photos• Review Directories folder and ensure that all data held by each directory is up to date with up to date branding etc• Send out and monitor responses to Survey Monkey on Off Hire• Good Office Suite skills, reasonable grammar/punctuation – its vs it’s and apostrophes - good telephone manner (getting past the gatekeepers to research job titles), and the ability to liaise with external suppliers – eg designers.• Formatting columns on excelFor more information about the client or the role please do call the Norwich office of Reed and ask for Andrea Makings or Maxine EttridgePlease also request Andrea or Maxine on Linkedin
