My client is an established telecommunications provider servicing a global customer base from their head office in Great Yarmouth. To support their ongoing growth, we are looking for an established Network Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing a first class customer service and technical support across their broad range of telecommunications products. Working predominantly over the phone, you will be responsible for tracking enquiries and making sure that theyre resolved in a timely manner. Youll have a developed understanding of communications equipment, either in a business or armed forces environment and will be comfortable communicating with a diverse range of people and culture. The support team provide 24/7 cover, and as such you will be comfortable and flexible to work on a shift rotation that includes unsociable hours and weekends. This is an excellent opportunity to specialise in a global growth industry. You will be joining a highly supportive team and will take part in a comprehensive training program that will give you a subject matter expertise in Satellite Communications.
