Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor with a leading social enterprise who specialise in respite and supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, personal assistant services and day service provision for people with dementia and people with learning disabilities across Norfolk.Reporting into the HR Business Partner the successful applicant will be working closely with the Operations Manager predominantly within the Norwich and Great Yarmouth areas, focussing on the Employee Journey with key responsibilities being:

  • Supporting and coaching managers in understanding HR policies and practices and ensuring managers understand the importance of compliance.
  • Identifying, advising and guiding managers through discipline, grievance, absence management and performance management.
  • Providing specialist advice to Senior Managers to seek resolutions of employee relations issue and influencing the management approach.
  • Evaluating and managing the efficiency of HR processes, striving for continuous improvement.
