Job Description

If you are an experienced HR Advisor / Business Partner who is immediately available, I would love to hear from you.My client is going through an exciting period of growth and change and is looking for someone to join their team on an initial 6 month contract with an immediate start.Reporting to the HR Manager, the role if offered as a part or full time assignment with at least 2 days office based.The key focus of this role will be project based and will include consulting and implementing a number of key terms and conditions updates for April 2024 implementation including annualised hours consultation and implementation with unions and employees.Workingclosely with the HR Manager and Head of HR to support the development of OD plan including training & development, personal development reviews, values and behaviours and staff engagement.This is really interesting assignment where you really can add value to an ongoing change programme and work with a great HR team !About youIdeally you will be qualified to Level 5 CIPD, or have recent HR generalist experience, including a good practical knowledge and understanding of the core HR activities and current employment law, as well as first-class interpersonal and listening skills.You will be adept at working at pace and be used to working on a HR Projects within an HR generalist remit.In addition, you will be a team player who is prepared to support where needed, an excellent communicator with a track record of building relationships,delivery of timely and accurate HR solutions and the proven ability to act on your own initiative.For further details about this assignment or any other HR roles we are managing, please contact Becky Wilson
