This remote location is secluded and famed for its internationally important wildlife, from the over-wintering wildfowl frequenting Horsey Mere to the Swallowtail butterfly, the very essence of a summer on the Broads.Our tearoom and shop is situated at the side of Horsey Staithe, which is on the visitor route to the Windpump which will be re-opening to the public in early 2019. We’re expecting an increase in visitor numbers after our re-opening, meaning this role is a fantastic opportunity to develop our commercial offering. What youll be doing With your love of working with people, positive attitude and desire to provide an excellent service, you’ll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet. Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served looks delicious. From time to time you may be required to assist the kitchen team with food prep, but your core focus will be from a front of house perspective.We are looking for someone who can be flexible with their working pattern, the role will include weekend working and public holidays.
