How you will do it
  • Work activities to include as listed below (but not limited to), and to incorporate health and safety aspects within the working environment and design process.
  • Platform and Rig Jack-up surveys to confirm / identify client design philosophies / Interface hook-up requirements and system availabilities.
  • Client weekly meetings including project Hazop / Hazip / Comops rollouts.
  • Compilation of Offshore Work Packs containing previously designed & produced electrical Drawings / Job Cards / Equipment MTO`s / Equipment & Cable Certifications / IC Sheets / Test Examination Sheets / Risk Assessments / Project Introductions to comply withcurrent industry standards & regulation.
  • Originate BOM`s to permit project quotations for cable, equipment & consumables.
  • Procure agreed quantities for project cable, equipment & consumables.
  • Team collaboration to include dialogue between Client engineers, Project managers, Technicians, OIM`s & Multidiscipline professionals.
  • Overseeing designed onshore based fabrication of project electrical requirements.
What we look forEssential
  • Relevant up to date offshore certifications to allow Rig / Platform surveys to be compiled.
  • Up to date CompEx qualifications relative to BS-EN & BS IEC Standards
  • MicroStation 2D-V8 Connect drawing software proficient.
  • BS 7671 – 18th Edition Qualified
  • Word / Excel proficient
