Job Description

R13 are proudly supporting an incredible Norfolk charity that supports survivors of sexual and domestic abuse, in their search for a Deputy Clinical Lead. You will be at the forefront of shaping their patient care standards, supervising clinical teams, and driving innovation in healthcare delivery.This is a full time, permanent position working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in Great Yarmouth. The offered salary for this opportunity is £29,761 per annum.The companyEstablished for over 40 years, this leading Norfolk charity proudly supports survivors of sexual and domestic abuse to recover, heal and build resilience. Their clients are at the heart of the organisation, and they are committed to using their voice to raiseawareness of the trauma related to abuse and actively work to prevent it from occurring and protecting those at risk.The day to day

  • Prioritising the welfare of clients while adhering to the organisations policies and procedures.
  • Promoting the growth and effectiveness of independent counselling teams in alignment with the organisations strategic goals and policies.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality counselling services to clients, as per the organisations standards.
  • Offering direct services to clients, including assessments and counselling, in accordance with the organisations requirements.
  • Assisting the senior management team in enhancing service development.
You will have/be
  • Minimum Diploma level qualification in counselling and 300 hours clinically supervised counselling experience.
  • Previous experience in a senior counselling position.
  • Accredited by BACP or other counselling/therapy UK regulatory body.
  • Knowledge and understanding of effects of trauma in relation to sexual and domestic abuse within a professional capacity.
  • A full UK driving license.
