Job Description

Are you a well-organised communicator who enjoys helping and satisfying customersBlooming Artificial is one of the UKs leading online retailers of artificial plants, trees and flowers. We sold our first plant back in 2008 and have seen rapid growth ever since. We are dedicated to developing the best team with a great working environment,strong support and opportunities to help shape our future.Our small but busy sales and customer service team needs a new member. Dealing with online orders, emails and telephone enquiries, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive great service.Primary responsibilities

  • Manage day to day enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Process sales orders
  • Website, Brightpearl and other systems administration
  • Maintain eBay and Outlet channels to clear not quite perfect stock
  • Filing and general administration
About you
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A problem solver who can think outside the box
  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • Organised, reliable and responsive
  • Familiar with Office apps like Word and Excel
  • An interest in plants and flowers (real or fake)
  • Willing to learn new skills, be flexible and help your colleagues
We operate Monday to Friday, but do require flexibility on a rotational shift basis to cover office hours which extend to 7:30pm.We imagine this to be a full-time position but would be open to applications from candidates looking for flexible/part time hours.
