Job Description

CNC Production Manager (High Precision) Up to £45,000 + Training + Benefits Great YarmouthAre you a Production Manager or Supervisor from a high precision background who is looking for a varied role with a leading defence company that specialise in supplying components for multi-national businessesAre you looking for a role where you can develop, grow and build your own specialist team and have complete control and autonomy of the success and growth of the businessOn offer is a great opportunity to join a company that specalises in precision engineering solutions to a variety of industries such as Defence, Aerospace, and Subsea. Off the back of another successful year, they are looking to expand their team of engineerswith the addition of a Production Manager.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of up to 15 engineers as well as planning out workloads and following process control. Also, ensure that KPIs are adhered to and deadlines are met. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.This role would suit a Production Lead / Supervisor who is looking to step up into a senior role, where you will be recognised as a specialist in your field and have the autonomy to manage your own workload.The Role:

  • Overseeing a team of 15 engineers
  • Implement process control and make sure deadlines are met
  • Liaise with customers on projects
  • Implement training schemes for engineers
  • Delivering projects in time and on budget
