Atrium Healthcare is recruitment on behalf of the client forChildrens Home Registered Manager.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement care plans for children under your supervision.- Provide direct care and supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment.- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the childrens program.- Coordinate and communicate with parents/guardians regarding the childs progress and any concerns.- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines for child care facilities.- Provide support and guidance to staff members working in the childrens program.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of the children.Qualifications:- Minimum of a relevant qualification (minimum - childcare related Diploma at Level 3).
