Job Description

Please contact Bahman Farzad.About the role You will support a practical and emotional response to individuals consisting of contact and private care work. The successful candidate will have experience in providing personal and social care preferably between 2-5 years experience within a domiciliarysetting. The successful candidate will be proactive, solution focussed and be adaptable to a range of situations. The rapid responder will complete care plan assessments and so previous experience would be advantageous.Our care workers support people of all ages, with a wide variety of needs and personalities. They deliver high quality, person-centred care at the times people would like it. Every day is varied and interesting and it is an opportunity for you to make areal difference to the lives of people in your community.   • This is a permanent post and subject to an enhanced disclosure, paid for by Caring Together.
  • A full driving licence is mandatory and access to a car is essential for this role as it is community based. Unfortunately applicants who do not have this will not be considered for this role.
  • We are recruiting a number of Care Professionals across Norfolk & Cambridgeshire with particular emphasis on Peterborough, Kings Lynn, Great Yarmouth, Ely, Soham, Reach, Burwell & Cambridge.   • Level 2 or higher in health and social care or equivalent (Training Support available)
Experience and knowledge
  • Experience of providing person centred care in the community.
  • Good IT skills. Experience using laptops androstering systems.
  • Experience of working independently, using own initiative and problemsolving.
  • Experience of establishing and maintaining professional working relationships at all levels and work well in ateam.
  • Experience of engaging with a diverse range of users andstakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience of working to a high standard within legislative and regulation standards of care. 2-5 years experience within a domiciliary settingdesirable.
  • Previously undertaken care planassessments.
