Job Description

We are currently working closely with a mainstream primary school who have their own autistic base attached to them. A small team of passionate educators work closely together to inspire children with additional needs, they create a sense a sense of wonderand make subjects real and relevant to each child. Do you want to be part of planning exciting and engaging learning opportunities that challenge their special talents and passionsAs a school they are looking for special people who are able to manage some complex and challenging behaviour. Having had experience working with autistic children you will have an understanding of how they require the right amount of attention, communication,consistency and flexibility. With a non-judgemental approach you will want to reap the rewards and satisfaction of this role by also bringing your own interests and passions to the table.People that thrive in these kind of roles are;
