Job Description

Our client is seeking a strong all-round Service Desk Operator to join their growing team.

  • The role will be supporting their engineers and customers daily, this will involve scheduling the engineers daily workloads, within designated areas too.
  • This can be from taking breakdowns, arranging attendance, locating to ordering or parts from stores, or suppliers, to ensure that KPIs are met within key Service Level Agreements.
  • Assisting team members where necessary, organising engineers work flow.
  • Administration support, strong MS Office skills.
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work with multiple areas, very busy department.
  • Taking breakdowns and arranging key engineers to designated post codes.
  • Good Team player
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer focused.
  • This role is a permanent position from Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Required skills
