Job Description

Location: Grays, Essex, RM20 3XDJob Sector: Sales of prefabricated steel buildingsSalary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annumContract: Permanent, full timeHours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pmWe are seeking a dedicated & self-motivated candidate to strengthen our business & performance with the appointment of a new Operations Manager to be responsible for managing a wide variety of Including dealing with Inbound customer enquiries, organisinglogistics & transport, supplier communication & problem resolution. In this role you will be working with together with the companies Operations & Sales Directors. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with differentbusiness units.Key duties will include:

  • Developing relationships with customers and understanding their project requirements.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
  • Manage the daily functions of the business
  • Order management and new business development.
  • Understanding the companies products as well as being willing to learn and evolve within the role.
  • Fulfil administrative tasks such as monthly reports, CRM updates and expenses in a timely fashion.
  • Meet financial, product, administrative and behavioural targets.
  • Able to take initiative and solve problems.
  • Identify opportunities for the companys portfolio of products.
  • Organising logistics & local deliveries
