Job Description

Inbound Sales Team Leader, Salary: up to £30-40k + uncapped bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, life insurance and lots of other benefits and career opportunities. Location: Hybrid / Remote with a requirement to be based in the Grays office aminimum of 2 days per week.We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Inbound Internal Sales Team Leader to work for dynamic and market leader in portable accommodation, modular construction and storage solutions. The role will coach and manage a team of Internal Sales Executivesacross multiple locations in the South of the UK. Applicants will need to have experience as a Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager, managing a team in a telephone sales environment.Inbound Sales Team Leader - The role

  • Identifying, targeting and delivering on revenue opportunities from inbound customers
  • Recruiting and training highly effective Internal Sales Executives
  • Ensure that products are leased to their maximum potential.
  • Maximising enquiry and lead generation
  • Managing and coaching Internal Sales Executives in line with performance management and sales standards (Salesforce, quality and competence) as set by sales operations.
  • Providing clear weekly, monthly and annual input & output targets for team members
  • Hold regular performance management sessions to ensure team members are informed of their performance to target and have objectives set to achieve the required improvements
  • The development, motivation, and retention of your direct reports, ensuring they excel in their roles.
  • Communicating regularly with field based sales to support growth of accounts.
  • Ensuring system and process improvements are implemented as required
  • Building strong working relationships with branch management to promote and deliver consistently high customer quality and service, specifically with administration staff.
  • Giving good constructive feedback to marketing to drive continual improvement in the quality of the campaigns with the aim of delivering improved results
Candidate requirements
  • Experience as a Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager, managing a team in a telephone sales environment.
  • Display an excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage people
  • Ability to develop an effective team environment encouraging development and progression
  • Skilled in leading with initiative and inspiration
  • Is not averse to change and can communicate process improvements effectively.
  • Customer focused with solid experience in outbound calling to increase revenue
  • Self-motivated with strong decision making skills
  • Shows dedication in delivering a first-class customer experience
