An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Grays, Essex. Please note this role is office-based and will require occasional travel to UK-based sites.Reporting to the HR Manager, the chosen candidate will work as part of a tight-knit team of 4 to provide an effective and efficient HR service. Within this role of significant responsibility, you will be accountable for coaching and supporting managers throughcomplex employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, conflict resolution, performance, etc). You will assist in delivering a full HR service to the business, providing support across recruitment, engagement initiatives, learning and development, andHR administrative duties. You will be organised and methodical in your approach and will ensure that your advice and guidance is in line with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.In order to be suitable for this role, you must be a proven HR generalist with demonstrable expertise in employee relations. You will have excellent communication skills and experience in providing a proactive support service to the business. You will bea personable and empathetic HR professional with a passion for people, consummate communication skills, and a proven track record of implementing a successful HR strategy. CIPD accreditation is preferred but not essential. Experience within a manufacturingor FMCG environment would be advantageous.You will ensure that a smooth and efficient HR service is delivered to the business, providing guidance to the business from an operational perspective.
