Job Description

Work for us – protect the community – save livesBand 4 – HealthRoster Admin SupportSalary - £21,892 - £24,157 per annum Hours - 37.5 hours per week Fixed Term Contract Up Until 29.10.2021 (May be extended) We are looking to recruit a HealthRoster Systems Administration Support to be responsible for providing administrative and maintenance support to the HealthRoster team for the Trust’s HealthRoster system ensuring adherence to Trust policies. Your principal relationships will be with the HealthRoster Manager/HealthRoster team, and line Managers and Trust employees.Duties will involve;

  • Run e-expenses and e-rostering reports as required
  • Unlocking/resetting user accounts
  • Provide advice/support to Trust employees and managers with regards to booking shifts
  • Advising managers and employees by phone, email and notifications through the Allocate HealthRoster system
  • Processing interfaces to the payroll system
  • Instigate / resolve employee Employee Online queries
  • Support the HealthRoster team as required
  • You will ensure that you action and respond to all incoming emails within 2 working days of receipt, including e-mails in the shared inboxThe successful candidate will have good communication skills both verbal and written and be a good team player. You will be flexible and adaptable to multi-task and have excellent customer service skills.You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word; Excel & Outlook.
