Job Description

Our high performing Burdens and MPS Civils branch in Essex are looking for an motivated Driver HGV (C) to join their busy and friendly team.This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, working 48 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 6am to 4:30pm.About the roleYour main duties would be:

  • Driving a 26t HIAB truck
  • Delivering heavy side materials to client sites
  • Helping to load vehicle for the next day
  • Daily vehicle checks and PDA usage
    • About youA valid Category C/Class 2 driving licence is essential for this role, along with experience of driving commercial vehicles. A valid CPC qualification and HIAB training is essential for this role as we need someone to hit the ground running to deliver the best possible service to our customers.Experience in the construction industry is not essential, but would be desirable.About your development and benefitsWe aim to unlock your potential and equip you with all the skills required to move to the next stage in your career with us.
