Civil Construction Supervisor / Project Manager

Job Description

Results driven

  • Focus and drive Zero safety incidents on the Projects under his/her leadership
  • On time delivery of project schedules
  • Excellence in Field Execution; Safety, quality, cost and schedule adherence
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safety needs are met
    • Process and technical safety compliance on design/scope
    • Ensure Legal compliance on HSE through consultation with central risk group
    • Ensure that safety is considered the TOP priority with all stake-holders (Especially contractors through regular tool box talks, communication plans and documented procedures)
    • Regular BOS and OFS tours
  • Field Execution
    • Lead the site execution works for the capital projects
    • Interface management with contractors for safety, quality and schedule control
    • Construction management and turn over (Depending upon the size of the project)
    • Lead and deliver PSI, IQ & OQ for capital projects (technology as per the role)
  • System Improvement
    • Construction Safety system deployment with excellence; close collaboration with modules affected
    • Regular health check with contractors and benchmark with construction best practices

  • Represent the Company at all times, in and out of the workplace.
  • Be a champion for the companys high performance organisation (HPO) principles
  • Qualification on all pre-requisites for the role
Are you able to:Read, interpret and civil and mechanical specs, pipeworkdrawings & layout drawingsRead/understand/edit civil and process drawings, pipework &equipment layoutsDo you have Strong problem-solving mastery, be able to troubleshoot issuesand define countermeasuresAre you competent on Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)Do you have Good communication skills (written and verbal)Do you have Collaboration skills to work across site and with externalresourcesDo you have the ability to provide effective trainingDo you have Project planning skills
