Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Stock Control Analyst as part of our Demand Planning team . You will be working from our European Head office in Gravesend. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 5.30.Moove is a leading provider of automotive lubricants, oils, and chemicals throughout the UK, Europe, and Asia.   • Your role as a Stock Control Analyst will include:
  • Working with Stock Control Manager and controlling inventories of raw materials, components and finished goods
  • Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse and manufacturing
  • Overseeing stock storage and production processes to maintain a high level of accuracy and minimal loss
  • Responsible for accurate loss reporting
  • Performing regular inventory audits and monthly bulk reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Perform book to book checks regularly
  • Assisting the stock control, demand and production planning team with day to day tasks and projects
  • Skills required of our Stock Control Analyst:
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Demand Planning / Stock control experience is essential
  • Good analytical / numerical skills
  • Experience in Excel
