Job Description

JOB TITLE: Service SchedulerLOCATION: Gravesend, KentSALARY: £12.00 per hour - £12.50 per hourTERM: TemporaryHOURS: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm ½ hour break (37.5 hours per week)BENEFITS: Free on-site parking, Based near the town centre, Up to 28 days annual leave per yearWe are very excited to be recruiting a Service Scheduler for our client based in Gravesend, Kent. The successful candidate will be organised, adaptable and have previous experience working within a Service Scheduler role.The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls, dealing with queries and liaising with customers
  • Data entry; taking details from customers and entering onto the system
  • Scheduling, confirming and booking Engineers to attend Out of Hours site visits including setting up and loading jobs onto CRM system
  • Liaising with customers to ensure works are scheduled and completed
Wed love to speak to candidates who have:
  • Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
  • Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
  • Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
