Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as ourSales Support Analyst reporting into the BI & Sales Support Manager. Based in our European Head Office in Gravesend. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis (Working Monday to Friday 8:30-17:30, 40 hours with the requirement of some flexibility), youwill receive acompetitive salary.Mooveis a leading provider of automotive lubricants, oils, and chemicals throughout the UK, Europe, and Asia. As ourSales Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the Sales Support function across all countries of Moove Europe. You will have strong relationships with Sales, Legal and Marketing teams to understand needs and provide solutions.Responsibilities as ourSales Support Analyst are:
  • Pipeline Management Support:
  • Pipeline process coordination
  • Tender process coordination between all areas involved
  • Customer P&Ls
  • Quotations & submission documentation
  • Contract Management
  • Legal liaison between Sales and internal Legal department/external law firms
  • Database management
  • Contract communication
  • Terms Form Process
  • Customer/Sector Portals and required documentation
  • Customer Rebates support
  • Rebate contract set up
  • Rebate system input
  • Customer rebate audits
  • Monthly accrual process
  • Rebate Payments
  • Audits
  • Daily Control Reports
  • Price & Rebate Audits
  • Procedures
Skills required of our Sales Support Analyst:
  • Full Spanish and French language skills
  • Legal-Contract Management Knowledge
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Sales Support position or similar
  • High level Excel & PowerPoint Skills
  • Communication skills
  • Self-starter: able to work effectively without regularly needing to be told what to do
  • Proactive and will drive things forward
  • Adaptability to change: comfortable navigating in ambiguous environment
Good to have:
  • Degree educated
  • Legal background
