Job Description

Your Move are looking for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Gravsend on a full time, permanent basis.As one of the most trusted names in the UK and part of the LSL Property Services group, Your Move is proud of its reputation as a professional estate agent.   • £25,000 - £30,000 on target earnings (OTE) per annum
  • Basic salary from £17,500 plus monthly commission pay
  • Guaranteed Commission pay for the first 6 months of employment

In the role of a Negotiator you will:
  • Register Customers and carry out property matches
  • Generate and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between all parties
  • Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
  • Display excellent customer service at all times
