Job Description

Regional Manager - Leading charity organisationSoutheast UKSalary up to £53,500 + Car + BenefitsA rare opportunity has become available with a leading charity organisation as they seek an experienced Regional Manager to head up their Southern Stores.As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the driving performance across your region covering a large area of the Southeast of England. Therefore, you will be experienced in managing a team of field-based Area Manager. You will be a strategic thinkerwho can create a high performing team, by empowering, engaging, and setting clear objectives that motivate the Area Manager and store teams to achieve goals and be profitable.As Regional Manager, you will:

  • Be from a retail or charity background.
  • Experienced in managing people, having managed a minimum of 3 Area Managers.
  • Able to analyse reports and put commercial and strategic plans in place.
  • A problem solver with a proven track record of achieving high levels of success.
  • Proactive and driven and able to juggle multiple duties at once.
As Regional Manager you will be joining a leading charity that has a large portfolio of stores across the whole of the UK. A staple store on every high street that are doing fantastic work fundraising in order to saving lives. Our client is ambitious anddetermined in delivering great work in finding cures and treatments. You could now be part of this fantastic journey.As Regional Manager you will be working remotely from home however there will of course be occasional store and head office visits. You must be able to drive, a company car or allowance is provided as well as a number of other benefits such as:
