Job Description

Accounting and Finance - Commerce and Industry - Credit Controller - Part TimeClient DetailsA well established organisation in the South East of the country. Now looking for further support in the Credit Control department due to an internal promotion.Description

  • Chasing arrears by telephone and email and reducing debtor days
  • Collection of monthly and quarterly commercial charges, service charges and insurance invoices
  • Liaising with Managers for arrears chasing
  • Manage all legal and debt recovery administration
  • Paperwork preparation for solicitors for court hearings
  • Answering telephone queries
  • Investigating and resolving queries
  • Production of arrears reports
  • Reconciling accounts, refunding credit balances
  • Liaising with solicitors, insolvency practitioners and Bailiffs
  • Scanning records onto database as required
  • Deal with customer account queries
Profile
  • High level of concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a methodical and organised approach
  • Able to effectively prioritise and multi-task
  • Dependable and flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Proactive, and able to take responsibility for own work
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Job Offer
  • A Competitive Salary (Pro-rated) 3 days
  • Its possible to work 3 full days or split the hours over 5 working days.
