Job Description

Marketing Assistant North Kent Mon-Fri 8-5pm (Office based) DOE Are you a passionate Marketing graduate with experience working within a corporate/professional services business, looking for the next step in your careerDo you enjoy all things Marketing, and work in a varied generalist role currently WE HAVE THE IDEAL ROLE FOR YOU!My client, a fantastic business based in North Kent, are looking fora strong Marketing Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis.Duties include:

  • Proving administrative support for Marketing team members
  • Managing publication library and assisting with advertising schedules
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Be prepared to come forward with ideas and suggestions
  • Managing website content
  • Copy writing for press releases, website and ad-hoc pieces
  • Attending industry events and exhibitions
  • Supporting the sales teams with mood boards, images and brochures, etc.
  • Completing admin duties for the marketing department
The successful candidate will have/be:
  • Marketing qualification preferred but not essential
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator would be preferred
  • An understanding of SEO and PPC
  • Able to multitask
  • An effective communicator
  • Focused, with a strong attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willing to find solutions to challenges
