Job Description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a national cleaning contractor.Working from their Head Office a short commute out of London in a newly created role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all HR activity throughout the group, ensuring legal compliance across multiple sites.The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven ability and track record in leading a team and have strong workflow management skills.
  • A strong customer service approach, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail will be essential, as well as the ability to manage confidential and sensitive data.
  • You will act as the final point of escalation in all HR operational matters, dealing with complex queries and concerns.
  • You will need a strong understanding of generalist HR to ensure that your team is fully supported in carrying out their roles, constantly reviewing and improving their performance and the processes they follow.
  • A focus on continuous improvement will lead to the need for process creation
  • Skillset/Experience
