We are seeking an experienced Customer Repairs Scheduler within Housing Repairs’ on behalf of our client.The client manages reactive repairs and maintenance for a large established housing association (social housing) and covers all areas of including ;1st and 2nd fix carpentry, plumbing & electrical work, refurbs & decoration and all areas all property maintenance workThis is an extremely busy role and we are seeking someone who thrives in a busy office, taking high volumes of calls from tenants, landlords, and contractorsLiaising with all parties and keeping them in the loop; on time scales, arrival times of contractors, and any issues with the jobs.DUTIES ;Taking high volume of calls from tenants and prioritising these in order to meet deadlinesScheduling in the repairs works; reactive and planned in the Kent areaLiaising with client /landlord and updating them of status of jobsCommunicating with contractors out in the field and advising them of jobs they need to complete and in what timescalesRe-routing engineers to more urgent priority jobsKeeping in constant contact with tenants so they are aware of arrival times of contractors or any changes to their work completionUpdating the inhouse CRM system ; DRS /Opti timeThis is a fantastic opportunity working for an established and rapidly expanding housing repairs company.They are offering a competitive package ; contributory pension, 28 days holiday, (+ bank holidays) parking, social team bonding days out, and also an opportunity for a long term career.The company culture and ethos is relaxed and team orientated and has a friendly happy buzz in the officeIdeally you will have worked in a similar role ( reactive repairs/planned maintenance,/ engineer coordinator/scheduler) and have used the DRS /Opti Time system ( this would be very beneficial) however experience in customer service is essential along with dealing with a high volumes of calls , working to KPI;s and SLA’sSuccessful applicants will need to pass vetting processIf you feel you have the necessary skills and experience please call Claire Power to discuss your interestInterviews are being held currently, so please do not delay - send your CV today Required skills
