Radar Recruitment are working with a diverse local employer based near Gravesend, supporting them in their search for a new Commercial Finance Manager. Reporting into the Senior Leadership Team, the Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for deliveringthe companys investment strategy to help develop and grow the business, we are looking for someone who can take ownership and lead the entire process whilst having the wider finance and commercial teams there for support.The company is varied, with both physical operations and a variety of business services, there will be multiple divisions, key stakeholders and third parties, all who will play a key part in both the gathering and delivering of relevant information. Theability to develop relationships and translate raw financial information will be vital in having a positive impact quickly.The role will suit an individual who has significant experience in commercial negotiations, pricing models and financial planning, relevant prior roles would be senior Finance Business Partners, FP&A Managers (commercially-biased) and Commercial FinanceManagers.The successful individual will be expected to develop business cases and financial models to support investment strategy and will be expected to present those cases to the Leadership Team, and if approved lead on all necessary negotiations, contracts andagreements.Profile:
