Job Description

This role is for a Client Accounting Administrator in the Accounting & Finance department of a Property company. It requires a diligent individual with a keen eye for detail.Client DetailsThe organisation is a reputable entity within their industry sector, With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and integrity, it is known for its high-performing results and excellent customer service.Description

  • Processing and monitoring incoming payments and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
  • Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivable data.
  • Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
  • Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.
  • Facilitating swift payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
  • Developing a recovery system and initiating collection efforts.
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
  • Assisting in financial management and analysis, as requested.
ProfileThe successful Client Accounting Administrator should have:
  • A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel, and familiarity with relevant computer software.
  • Strong data entry skills
